一、本法所稱對(duì)外貿(mào)易經(jīng)營(yíng)者，是指依照本法規(guī)定從事對(duì)外貿(mào)易經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)的法人和其他組織。

二、國(guó)務(wù)院對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易主管部門依照本法主管全國(guó)對(duì)外貿(mào)易工作。

譯文：The authorities responsible for foreign trade and economic relations under the State Council shall, pursuant to this Law, be in charge of the administration of foreign trade of the entire country.

四、公司破產(chǎn)、解散清算結(jié)束后，不申請(qǐng)注冊(cè)登記的，由公司登記機(jī)關(guān)吊銷營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照。

譯文：Where a company fails to apply for the cancellation of registration after the liquidation of bankruptcy or dissolution has concluded, the business license of the company in question shall be revoked by the company registeration authorities.
